Had a really nice stay for a business trip, glad I've chosen it. the location turned out to be stunning and incredible, short walk to transport, and subway, safe area, Tesco express. - Visited Kensington High Street, one of the tourist spots, located just a short stroll away from the hotel. I had a wonderful stay at Simply Rooms & Suites during my business trip. I was delighted with my choice, especially because the location was amazing. It was so convenient with transportation options and the subway nearby, making it easy to explore. the area felt safe, and having a Tesco express close by was convenient. I also enjoyed visiting Kensington High Street, which was just a short walk from the hotel.

I liked the style of the room - it was a modern and tasteful design, and the facilities were really good - big tv, free wifi, clean and modern bathroom. The room was nice and light, with a view of trees out of the window.
The bed linen was a bit old

I liked that the hotel was clean and in a safe nighbourhood
The rooms are tiny, the bathroom is very small, there is No lobby, no 24h reception (execept for weekends) and the hotel is absolutely not suitable for families with children (our children were yelled at for making any kind of noise)

The property was perfectly clean and featured modern design, which I liked. the hotel is in a quiet position next to Tube stations, shops, bars, and the center of London. the rooms were nicely decorated and fully-equipped. the complimentary drinks and reliable wifi were a nice surprise. the service was exceptional.

The facilities in the classic queen room were pretty good, beds were very clean. Free Wi-Fi was reliable and the service was exceptional. The location was surprisingly quiet - near the underground. A city park was also just a short walk away from the hotel.

The new decorated room and hanif the reception man
Far from underground station. The housekeeper is the worst ever . Simon the one who's in the reception was not good at all when we arrive he just gave us the key and didn't offer help with bags ( there is no lift ) and didn't tell us the house keeper will leave at 11 am . And while I was having problems with my credit card he was insistent 2 the full price when I already paid more than 50% of it. On my second day and I'm gonna stay for 9 days

The service here was top-notch. the location was nice and peaceful, just a short stroll away from two tube stations and a train station. the view from here was absolutely stunning. Plus, this place is conveniently only 3 km from a famous museum! 🌟

When i was booking i had to ring the hotel from ireland and the girl was very friendly on the desk and so helpful as i was finding it difficult to get accomadation in london. It was also very reasonable and once we figured out our way on the tube it was just minutes away from the centre.

I would like to say a massive 'Thank you' to Valy and all of her help and assistance when my family and I stayed. She is wonderful! I have stayed with SR&S before for business purposes, because I was taking family who were new to London I wanted to stay somewhere out of the hustle and bustle. Our one night stay with SR&S was enjoyed and discussed many a time on our journey home. Thank you again! Carole Sutton Rooms 1 & 12
The only thing I would like to mention is that the last 2 times I have stayed, sr&s had bowls cutlery (I.E. dessert spoons & knives) for use in the rooms. These seem to not be available, is it something you have stopped providing? :(
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
